Audit trail for patient access, changes, deletion, and AI generations; consent tracking, a 30-day recovery window for deleted patients, and a retention period you set (minimum ten years under §630f BGB). Audit metadata stores changed field names rather than copies of old patient values. Completed sessions are immutable; corrections are recorded as voids with a reason. Consent changes are kept in an append-only log.
